Phan Cuan Hai has been a chef for over twenty-five years. He has studied abroad but ultimately settled in the United States. He has been with TOWN for ten years. He loves preparing Chinese cuisine that excites and delights customers. His desire is to create an experiential dining experience that is more than just a night out.
