From Our Family To Yours!

Pasta Amore was born when the founder, Moreno Carboni wanted to share his love for Italian cuisine with everyone around him! He grew up in rural Italy with his family tending the fields and going to school. He helped his mother out with cooking and chores. He came to America in his teenage years and got a job as a bus boy for a restaurant. The owner of the restaurant saw his dedication and hard work. He took Moreno under his wing and taught him the inside and outside of running a restaurant. He soon was head chef and when the owner pasted, was left the restaurant in the will.
After nearly 40 years in the restaurant business, he has opened two more successful locations. Starting from the bottom, his excellent dishes gathered crowds far and wide. Now his sons and grandchildren help run the restaurant, bringing a modern flare to old school tradition. Pasta Amore not only combines the cooking traditions and ingredients of Italy with creativity but also provides a modern twist on timeless classics!
