SIMPLE APPRECIATION

The Letters of Appreciation

Many of us go through life saying or doing things we regret.

I'm no different, I guess you could say I’ve made more than my share of mistakes.

But they didn't kill me and I have learned.

What have is learned?

I've learned how fortunate I am

I've learned a deep appreciation of life that goes beyond my ability to express completely.

-(But writing the Letters of Appreciation attempt to express that)

Now I appreciate all my experiences, there is not one single thing "however you want to define it " there is nothing I have a desire to change about my life now, because all these experiences is what gives me my uniqueness.

They are the only identity I have and in order to receive the bliss of the present I must receive the blessings of the past.

This is an attitude larger than the little self that thinks about all the things that should and shouldn’t have been.

-Its beyond the person that has suffered and toiled from the hard labors of life, - a life without reward for living.

No life; past or future can be exactly like mine, and I cannot fully integrate the past into the present without receiving all of it, the good and bad the right and wrong.

Doing so changes the good and bad right and wrong into the sublime, it empowers us to receive ourselves in our wholeness.

To move our consciousness into the appreciation of now, - of what life is in a larger context.

To appreciate life for what it is not what it isn’t

To think of what life can be instead of what it was

This attitude and understanding of life and living gives

us a base to empower a real change in what it could be.

Now there’s nothing to regret about my life anymore
