So you want to street race eh?

This is a series of photos of a guy that likes to street race. My wife and I were on our way home from a great weekend in San Francisco several years ago. We are cruising a little faster than traffic at 85 to 90 MPH in my old 1993 RX-7 Twin Turbo basically minding our own business. I look up and notice some junky looking Datsun right on my butt. I thought I was in his way so I increased my speed and moved to the right with the intention of letting him by. Instead he moved with me and got even closer to my car. The guy looked like a real idiot and was acting like one, great. I figure it's time to get away from this moron so I slowly wind the RX-7 up to 120 MPH and leave him behind. A few minutes later I hit some really bad traffic and had to slow back down to 75 MPH. My wife spots him catching back up to us weaving in and out of traffic. She tells me he is approaching on our right side very quickly. I glance into the mirror just in time to see him slam into another car at 90+ MPH and cause a multiple car accident. Needless to say I was horrified, I couldn't believe he did that. We got off at the next exit and drove by the scene of the accident to see how serious it was. My wife grabbed the camera a got these pictures as we went by. We couldn't see anyone injured so we continued on our journey.
I can't begin to say how stupid this was. The other driver had no idea what his cars or his own limits were. I have been racing for years and know, or think I know, what my limits are. Some people may say that I caused this wreck, but I disagree. The moron in the other car made the choice, or rather his testosterone made it for him, to show me just how fast his little pile of junk car could go. My only intention was to put a safe distance between our two cars.
