Q: Are they painted?
A: Usually they are not painted. Sometimes I will paint a pair, and if I do, it will be stated in the description.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Sometimes. If I think I can make what you want, I will give it a shot. Email your request to [email protected] and we'll talk.
Q: Will you ship to my country?
A: Yes, I will ship horns anywhere in the world, but the farther away you are, the higher the shipping cost will be. I am shipping the horns from Ontario, Canada.
Q: Do you use molds?
A: No, they are hand made by me. So each horn will not be perfectly identicle, but they will be close.
Q: Can I get your horns in local stores?
A: To find out if they are at a store in your area, click on "Retail". Right now not many have them yet.
Q: I own a store, can I wholesale order your horns?
A: Yes, email [email protected] to speak with me.
Q: Will you be at any conventions?
A: I will be looking into getting booths at conventions. I will announce all convention appearances on the main page under the menu.
Q: What shipping company do you use?
A: All packages are sent as small package air mail via Canada Post. This method does not come with a tracking number and takes 7 to 10 business days for delivery (says canada post). If you request a tracking number, the shipping cost comes to $22.00. So unless you state otherwise, the above method of shipping is what you will get. Also note, my shipping charges include packaging costs.
Q: What is your return/refund policy?
A: No returns or refunds.
