WEB SITE DESIGN
1. Why do you
need a web site? [top]
a. Competition: More
and more businesses set up their web sites. If you
don't have a web site, you may be overlooked by Internet
users.
b. Cost Effective: It
is cost effective to have a web site as compared to
advertising in the newspaper, radio, television, or
magazine. Also, your web site is up to date and
customers can access it 24 hours a day from anywhere in
the world.
c. Increase Customer
Base: Potential customers can access your site
from anywhere in the world and place orders on-line,
make inquiries, request quotes, etc.
d. Information
Distribution: Distribute information and
communicate with employees and prospective clients.
e. Product Awareness:
Create product awareness by marketing a product or
service online.
2. How much does
it cost to build a web site? [top]
Since each web site requires different
features/components, we do not have a set price
available. As a result, we request that you fill out a
form to request for a quote, along with additional
information that you would like to include in your web
site, so that we can determine a price for you.
We can put a package together for any
company that is interested in having a web site.
Let us know what your budget is and we will put
something together for you.

3. How much does
it cost to maintain a web site? [top]
The cost to maintain your web site depends
on the complexity of the site and how often you need us
to update your site. After determining how often
you need the site updated, we will set a fix price for
you. The price ranges from $50 to $100. The
monthly fee is due on the 15th of the month.
However if you pay the full cost in advance, we will
give you a 10% discount. The discount does not
apply to the initiation fee in setting up the web
site.
4. Can you
maintain my web site which has already been built by
another provider? If so, how much will it
be? [top]
See answer to question #3 above.
5. How often do
you redesign the web site? [top]
In order to keep your customers coming
back and not have to look at the same design and layout
every time, it is advised that we redesign your site at
least once a year. Every time we redesign
your web site, we require that you pay the initiation
fee again.
