Our newest invention: The
bobbin stripper
Hereby, we kindly ask your
attention for the introduction of our newest achievement,
especially interesting for companies who are engaged in
recycling activities.
In the following film we demonstrate the "Bobbin Stripper".
Hysta engineered this machine to strip off waste materials (for
example thread) from plastic or carton bobbins so that they can
be recycled afterwards. The capacity of this machine is 3.000
bobbins per hour. The supply and discharge / transport of the
bobbins and residue waste is a manual process without peripheral
equipment. The machine that is shown on the film, is engineered
for bobbins with an inner diameter of 74 mm and an outer
diameter (variable adjustable) of 85 mm. The length of the
bobbins which are processed now by this machine are 58 mm (half
size) resp. 116 mm (full size). Our engineering crew can simply
adapt the machine to a variety of bobbin sizes.
