June is not exactly the best of time to visit Myanmar as it falls within the rainy season. There were torrents of heavy downpour everyday from morning till night, making traveling hard, if not impossible.

We initially planned to travel to Bilin Township in Mon State, where the medical center is being constructed. Due to the road conditions and bad weather, we have to restrict our programme to Yangon instead.
