The Mahasantisukha Medical Center is run by volunteer doctors from the Center's Health and Social Committee. 

The Medical Center is open from 4.30 - 8pm in the evening daily. Consultation is free of charge and patients only pay a nominal sum for the medicine or nothing at all if they are unable to afford it.

The clinic is funded entirely on public donations from well-wishers.
