The biggist russian newspaper "Argumenty i fakty" (3 millions copies) 12th September 2001 started chess solving competition for its readers (No.37). Solvers will be solve 10 problems & studies. 10 best solvers will be invited to final to Moscow at time the World Championship of chess - January 2002. President the FIDE Kirsan N. Now we introduce the way what determinate the difficulty of problems used in the solving competition. Till now missed feedback for judges: What difficulty has been their the selection of problems? The optimal selection of problems is very important for correct results of the competition. See the table of the difficulty of problems WCSC during years 1990 - 2001.
