Our Lodge is located at 1305 Grant Street, Bulger Pennsylvania, just outside the Boro of Midway, Pennsylvania.

Midway Lodge 89 was established on July 26th 1908. Twenty- two members from the surrounding area initially registered for membership. On November 30th 1911 they displayed their Lodge flag. In 1914 the Lodge hall was built for $3,700.00. Two Lodges were established: The Lodge of St. Barbara which became 81 and SNPJ Lodge 89. As of January 1st, 1923 Lodge 81 merged with SNPJ Lodge 89.
