Friday Camp Set Up and Fireside Chat by the Lake, located near Salmon Arm. Saturday morning will Open with a Circle Grounding Meditation, Smudging and Creating Sacred Space. Chackra Opening and Balancing with your partner.

Have some Lunch then come back for a laying down meditation with your partner. Next Heart energy exchanging and communicating. Gather for a circle discussion, openly sharing from the Heart just comes naturally when sitting around an open fire.

Dinner some Music and Dancing, then back to the Fire to share before ending the evening with partners exchanging and receiving energy into their centers. Early to our tents, prepared with extra warm sleeping bags and pillows, depending on our bodies energy to keep us warm.

Sunday Breakfast, then to open circle again in Sacred Space, Grounding Meditation, and Lakeside walk before getting together back with partner for Chackra Breathing and Partners Meditations.

Lunch a final demonstration of the Yab Yum Position, beginning with the Heart Meditation again, and carrying through to holding positions. Movement, Breathing and Sound for a final end to our weekend early in the afternoon.
