Fort Chiswell RV Park, Wytheville, VA

May 08, 2007

We were going to stop near Bristol, TN.  But it was only 1:00pm where when we got there, so we continued on.  We should have stopped...  As we passed a truck, it kicked up a stone which came down right in the middle of our front truck window.  Now we have a bullet hole gouged out of the outer layer of glass.  I will have to check when we get back home to see if the damage is bad enough to fail the state inspection.

We stopped at Fort Chiswell RV Park in Wytheville, VA.  This campground is mostly an open field and trees with all sites having full hookups and cable.  There is also free Wi-Fi, but it does not work very well; keeps dropping out.  All the sites are pull-thru so it makes it and easy place to stop for the night without un-hooking.
