| 1/27/04 Okay, bleh! Obviously I'm changing a few things around, and have given my site an "icy chill", so to say. The hall of winners, and about me pages are gone, they may come back, who knows. And I will soon be working on a Mustangs mini-site, and working once again, on my Babson pages. Plus I have a few more models I'll be posting on my collection page. Everything is going to take a looooong time, since I now have a job(yay), more money, but less time to do stuff like this. -Lainey = ) 5/30/03 Wow, the "latest news"/"what's new" page is normally the page updated after you update any of the other pages, not in my case I guess, I'm special >=D Well, as always I'm TRYING to get my darn site caught up and kept up... but noooooooo... one thing or another will stop me... Okay, for the true latest news: Chili and MH are now registered with the Colored Model Horse Registry, I have started another site for the foundation stock of Babson Egyptian Arabians Recently I have recieved info on my (real) standardbred gelding, Willie... er... Sweet William Oh, and that photo show I was hinting about already happened, view the results HERE Since my last post here on the recent news page, I have had a birthday(unenthusiastic "yay") That's all I can think of for now... check back soon as I start to expand, update, improve, and polish my site(if you could actually consider it that...) I have failed to post anything here. :P So far I have had a "Paint Contest" and my Online Photo Show just closed, but next time, I won't fail to post about it here. ;) There are a few more pictures in the gallery, a new graphics page, a few more winnings in the Hall of Winners, and a newly added poem to Whiskey's memorial site. Plus I have even gotten a new horse, and been in three real horse shows this summer! All on the "My Horses" page. I hope I get to expand the "About Me" page a bit more, with a few of my other interests aside from horses. I had to sell my old computer and my sister is kind enough to let me use her lap top.Now on with the other news. Along with my computer went my old gelding Whiskey due to money problems, but he went to a good home "mothering" heifer Herefords and Brahmas. KRRM is now manned and managed by me, Elaine. Alisha has been showing less and less interest and it just seems sort of "gay" to have two people managing KRRM. I have ideas and will be adding information pages with varied resources on controversial subjects such as grooming and coolong out. I have also decided to add a gallery so feel free to e-mail me with photos of your favorite models to be posted. Be sure to include your name, photo credits, and the name and make of the model. I have also aquired a few bodies and will be working on my customizing so I can prepare for customizing my Goliath and SM Stock horse which hopefully will be LSQ when I've improved over time. I have many ideas I am working so be sure to check back often. -Elaine 7/17/01 I will be TOTALLY renovating my site so I hope there will be no inconveniance. Also Kennebec River Ranch Models has a new part-owner, Alisha Thayer. I am the manager now and we will soon be adding more "branches" onto our site, like info on charity drives to help save PMU foals., horses off the track, slaughter bound animals, and others in need of help, we also hope to put together a huge directory of sites and artists, and maybe even add a phototography service in a few years. KRR Spicy Chili 'n Cheese has arrived, but sadly he had a rough trip and slipped between his two protective pads, and rubbed himself against the hard plastic of his small case. He now has rubs on his haunch, tail, mane, eartips, lower legs, hooves, neck, and his shoulder = ( His certificate thankfully is still mint, and at least he is in one piece!! He'll be restored him to LSQ condition once I ship him off to Mandi, along with the money to buy some photos of him = ) These things are TINY but they're HEAVY dang it! -Elaine Hello, 5/2/01 I'm Elaine E. Poulin. Welcome to my little site to share my model horses. The above horse is the micro mini scale pewter cast sculpture MH Copyright, sculpted, and in this little guys case, painted by the talented Mandi Hickman. I am also awaiting the micro mini MH Goliath resin from her. This guy though, was shipped off to a benefit auction, won by Christina Collins, then put up for sale, and finally he's met a permanent North American Nationals bound home, *Kennebec River Ranch*. Poor guy probably knows his hard case like the bottom of his hoof!! *G* = ) Currently this site is under construction, but be sure to bookmark it and check back for many updates to come!!
