A
reminder to everyone to make every effort to attend
meetings. Let’s also call each other when we
notice a member has not attended just to check in with
each other and let each other that we miss them and how
important they are to our club. |
Your New Club Officers
The Officers for the upcoming
year have been selected and the names have been
submitted to the Kiwanis Division office. The good
news is that you don’t have to remember any new names or
positions. All of the officers for the 2005-2006
year will retain their positions for the 2006-2007 year.
Those officers are:
Corey Tidwell – President
Eric Brown – Vice President
Paul Tidwell – Secretary
Kevin Jorrey – Treasurer
These members have made the
commitment to serve our club for another year. As
we all know, it takes all of us to run a successful
club. But someone has to step up and lead.
Please take the time to congratulate and thank each of
these gentlemen for their time and service to our club.

Shoes for Orphan Souls, Division 37 Project

 |
Division 37 has partnered
with the Buckner Children’s Home to support the
“Shoes for Orphan Souls” program.
“Shoes for Orphan Souls” provides shoes for
orphaned children all over the world. Our
very own Paul Tidwell reached into his pocket
and purchased 5 collection boxes and has
volunteered to lead this program for our club.
As of now, we have boxes at Fiserv, Bank of the
West on Beltline Road in Carrollton and Payless
Shoes at Trinity Mills and Josey. Contact
Paul for more information. |
