i have only found one aimbot for renegade, It works by centering the cursor over a certain colour that is set by you. It was made by death adder a few years ago to work for half life, but with some colour editting you can make work for renegade.
i got the aimbot from WSE (www.westwoodexposed.org) firstly you have to register and the download is in the forums they also give advice on how too use it and the best settings.
As i said this aimbot works by zoneing in the screen on a selected colour with a bit of editting you can easily change the skins that all the heads are one colour, Therefore getting headshots everytime.
This way works by getting the aimbot to auto fire whenever the cursor turns red (when over a enemy).
There is another easier way to edit the aimbot to work with renegade.
Firstly you have to set the colour settings in the aimbot to the ones below
