About UsTOWN combines a variety of chinese cuisine to excite and delight our customers. Our vision for the future is to create experiential dining that is more than just a night out. We aim to bring quality and luxury across all aspects of our brand. |
ChefOur executive chef was born and raised in Beijing China. She immigrated to America at age 17 for college and worked in Silicon Valley for a few years after graduating. She decided to follow her passion for food so she left her career in the high tech behind and enrolled in Culinary Academy. She is trained in classic French and Chinese cuisine and earned multiple awards for Best Food internationally. |
