The Men In My Life

Kevin Day. My first boyfriend, sophomore year...I dumped him for reasons that shall remain unsaid. We had the occasional fling afterward, but he is not a terribly nice person. Going into the armed forces last I heard. :-P He's a semi-hick.

Travis Weiner. My second boyfriend, summer of junior year to fall of senior year. Ours was a more or less mutual breakup. One of the most mentally screwed up people I've ever met, but we're on okay terms now, after the renaissance faire. Our relationship had a lot of very hard times, and very difficult situations. A learning experience. This isn't a very good depiction of him--he's an ex-football-playing hippie.

Nik Wray. If anything, this one was The One. My third boyfriend, spring of senior year, but we were far more than that. He was my best friend for three years. See several of my journal entries for more info on this one. Also a complicated relationship; the breakup was mutual, but his idea. :P He hates me now [or maybe not--click here for more] [Latest update: nevermind. It's too confusing.] This is the most accurate of my South Park renderings, except for maybe the next one...

Bryan Miller. My whatever-number-this-is ex-boyfriend, my freshman year in college. Ours was kind of a random relationship, claims he, but in truth it was his idea. I was fine with just cuddling. ::shrugs:: Oh well. Whatever. As you can tell by the pic he's [was] pretty innocent, but that's okay. He's definitely not my type. Lots of fun crazy stupid relationship stuff--now we're just friends...and stuff. And Stuff. [Update as demanded by Bryan--"Say something GOOD about me". We're going out again, and I like him lots and lots. He's really nice to me. Probably the best bf I've had yet. He has no faults in my eyes except for his face is rather round. And he has trouble getting along with certain ppl, or they have trouble getting along with him. That's all I can say. He's super. Is that enough yet? ::grins::] [Update again: all gone. He dumped me. I don't really remember why--it just wasn't working out. Sooo...yeah. That's all. I don't really want to talk about him.]

Tony Romeo. Probably the LEAST accurate drawing, except for the next one...Romeo is a master flirt, and gives hella good massages. I highly recommend him. I'm not romantically or physically involved with him [ever]. I wouldn't believe a word this guy says--you can tell he's got a way with girls. Also, he's way more Christian than I'm used to. [All right, all right, that was harsh. I take most of it back. He's on the list *now* because he likes/liked/loved me for a very long time.]

David Wofford. A friend, not a very good depiction of him (I need to redo it). He's quite tall, with long black hair. Good with computers. See linkage for a link to his site. Click here for his version of himself. [Sorry Dave, I'm still too lazy to fix you.]

The indomitable Cliffy G. My longtime bandmate, a grade-A loser guitarist. Not a very good depiction (again. I suck!). I never dated him; ours was a purely physical relationship. Meh! I worshiped his godliness for a while, to entertain myself...he was a wannabe sex god. He fails. Quite the character, though. He looks like he's always high, even when he's not. An extremely horny bugger--he calls me the "cruel vicious evil mean castrating blueballing bitch". He just graduated from recording school in Florida and still calls up occasionally 'cause he's girl deprived.

My adorable choirboy friend Mutti. He's a bit of a mystery to me--he seems innocent except for the occasional odd remark. He's a[n] [ex-]music major, a tenor with a GREAT voice. A bit of a dramaqueen sometimes, but hey, aren't we all? He's also a great actor. He works at the Gap--I think that says a lot about him. I think he might have won Best Dressed our senior year. I went to high school with him--we sat together (and still do) [Not anymore--Haven't seen him in a very long time] in German class. I love 'im. Ich habe eine Katze gebraucht! [I swear, I'm getting worse and worse at making these things--this pic looks notmuchlikehimatall. Gr!]

This is a very crappy and inaccurate rendering of Jake. He's kind of a cross between Travis and Cliffy, with a chunk of Matt Finley (Brian-from-Philomath's-brother) thrown in. He's my current bandmate and person-I-used-to-worship. We considered having a fling, but it kinda petered out. Just wasn't going to work. He's [ex-]editor of the school's literary journal, an English major. He's one of the oldest of our friends, weighing in at 25 years. :) He's critical and cynical, known as the Asshole That We All Love (without the All part--either ya love him or ya hate him).

::sighs:: IT NEVER GETS ANY EASIER!
Um. Yes. Aqui esta Antonio. Me gusta. =) He's my, uh, current thingy thing. Boy. Man. Thing. Thing. Right. He plays classical guitar, and uh, is my student manager at work...and don't tell anybody 'cause shh, it's a secret, and uh...poop. I'M DANCIN' LIKE A MONKEY! [Update: He's on exchage to Mexico for a year. Waah! So he's not my monkey anymore. But he was a damn good monkey while it lasted. The most painless relationship I've ever had. And he was really nice to me. And he has weird taste in music but I like it. And I miss him. And maybe when he comes back we'll be able to pick up where we left off and maybe not. Probably not. But it's worth hoping for. It's worth a lot.][Update part II: A little while after he left for mexico, I took his job, so now I'm HIS student manager (which is the source of some tension but we're dealing okay) and we stayed together via email (my "Anthony" folder has something like 700 emails, and his "Danyn" folder has over 1000) until he got back and now all is super-wonderful and he lives right across the parking lot from me though I spend a lot of my time at his place and he's definitely definitely the best boyfriend I've had yet (don't worry we won't get married or have kids or anything gross like that, though I did take him home for Christmas)] [Update: We broke up because he doesn't like me anymore except as a friend--and I can't be friends with my exes. Except kinda Nik.]

If you're wondering why I didn't do the girls...I don't have any really good girl friends. ::shrugs:: I like boys.
