As always, we are committed to praying for vocations, and encourage
all people to come to the Chapel House to spend time with our Lord and
participate in our Thursday night Mass for Vocations. A few changes have
been made to our Adoration and Mass schedule.
Eucharistic Adoration – every Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until
the beginning of Mass. Mass for Vocations – every Thursday at 6:00 p.m.,
followed by Eucharistic Adoration. Benediction will be held at 8:00 p.m.
All are most welcome
to join us each Sunday evening at 7:00 PM for the Outdoor Sunday Mass at
the beautiful Shrine of Our Lady of the Alleghenies in Loretto. The first
Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, May 25 and continue through Labor Day
Weekend, September 1. In the
event of inclement weather, the Mass will be held in the Basilica of
Saint Michael the Archangel. Some benches are available, however, to
insure seating, please
bring a lawn
chair.
The Prince Gallitzin Chapel House, adjacent to the Shrine, will also be
open to the public on those same Sundays, beginning at 1:00 PM and
closing at Mass time.
