COLUMN A should be "add' all the way down.

You only need to fill in COLUMN B, this is the proposed email account of your students, eg Ali bin Ahmad as [email protected]

COLUMN C, this is the IC # of your students. please include the first 2 digits, eg 00- or 01- or 51- followed by theic number.

COLUMN D should be FALSE all the way down.

COLUMN E is the NAME of the student

COLUMN F is the name of the father's name

COLUMN G should be 1033 all the way down.

Once done, save it as the name of your class.

Attach and Email it to me, [email protected]

If you encounter a problem, let say, once you have copied the file, when you open it, ALL in column A. Then don use it.

You can make your own list (new excel format file). :

1st column should be the proposed email account,

2nd column should be the students IC# or birth certificate number

3rd column should be the name of the students

4th column should be the name of the student's father .

SAVE as the name of your class. Attach and email it to me as stated above.
