Payment Methods: I accept money orders and personal checks for domestic orders. And now, for faster shipping, I also accept credit card payments via my PayPal* account.
Orders paid for by money order (issued by a major bank or the US Postal Service) are shipped within approximately two business days; checks are held for approximately 7 business days. For repeat customers, orders paid by personal check will be shipped in about two working days, provided the current order is not appreciably larger than previous order(s).
For orders outside the United States, I accept international money orders or personal checks drawn on US banks (USDollars only, please) or credit card payment via your PayPal* account.
Payment is normally expected within 14 days of the order date unless prior arrangements are made. If the payment isn't received after 16 days (2 days is added as a "grace period"), I will send a reminder--please don't let this offend you...I realize that some people have very busy schedules and sometimes appreciate a reminder. If no response is received and another 7 days elapses, I will send a second reminder. If 30 days has elapsed since the order was made and no payment has been received, I will send one last reminder and then consider the transaction canceled if not paid in 10 days.
Shipping Information: My policy is to ship your items as reliably, inexpensively and quickly as possible. I do not charge a handling fee or make any profit from shipping. I charge just enough to cover the cost of shipping supplies and postage. Also, I allow my customers to decide whether or not to insure their shipments, since I realize that it isn't necessarily cost effective to insure small orders.
Return/Refund Policy: Any item(s) purchased from this website may be returned for a credit or refund of the full purchase price (this is the total amount paid less shipping and insurance costs) or exchanged for an equal value of any other in-stock item(s). Returns must be in their original condition and received within 35 days of the recorded shipping date.
