1956 3105 series 1/2 ton Panel truck
I decided to build this page to showcase my trucks. My 55' means alot to me. I aquired this truck from my father in the spring of 1999. At the time I had been looking around the Dallas area and the Web for a truck to start working on. I was focusing on finding a 67'-72' that was in suitable condition for a resto project. I was in no hurry and found alot of high prices and some real rust buckets. Well I knew that it would only be a matter of time before one would come along that would fit the bill. Well one weekend on the way back from visiting with my father my soon to be wife and I were talking in the car. We had seen a few trucks on the trip and found nothing worth making an offer on. My wife mentioned that she thought that the truck my father owned was a cool body style and asked if I would like to look for one around that year (1955). I said "Ohh yeah, But they are older and the one I could afford would be in really bad shape." I mean, I had to be realistic. Well she asked what my Dad was going to do with his truck. Well I said, if you ask him he will tell you he is going to fix her up one day. But he is in his fifties and has saved more classics from the junkyard than I can hardly count. So what he is really going to do is nothing. More.....
