Pack the ePods box in another heavy cardboard box. The second box should be large enough to have a few inches of packing/cushioning material (styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap) all the way around the inside box. Make sure the inside box doesn't move around when the assembly is shaken. If done correctly the outside box can take a lot of abuse without damaging the contents. Tape up the box with good packing tape. If you don't have good tape, let the UPS office tape it for you. I've seen UPS do this for many people free of charge. UPS always charges if you want to use their boxes and packing materials, so make sure you have it packed well before you get to the UPS office. |
