One simple method terrorists can use to evade law enforcement is to return to low-tech means of destruction.  Maurice Botbol, a French terrorism expert, stated, “While technology has been growing more and more sophisticated, the terrorists’ methods have been getting simpler and simpler” (qtd. in Masland, et al. 40).  With this idea in mind, electronics will remain only a partial solution in the defense against the threat of cyberterrorist attacks (Masland, et al. 40).
