First off, I would like to state that I DO NOT give awards to sites that have pre-made layouts, or are
on blog sites (e.g. blogspot, xanga, diaryland) I also DO NOT give awards to sites that are something
like a forum of some sort (e.g. proboards, MSN groups, boardnation) I've been getting a lot of award
requests from those kinds of people, and I've just been ignoring them or giving a reply of denial of
any award at all.
So, if you haven't read this, and your site is one of the above, don't come e-mailing me back, saying
that you didn't get an award. Pretty much, don't complain because of that. When I say pre-made
layouts, I don't mean like stuff off of daydreamgraphics.com, though, for daydreamgraphics.com, you
should give proper credit to the people who created it. But, anyways, what I mean are templates (e.g.
angelfire, tripod, angelcities..that have free layouts for people to use and obvious to see that people
are just filling in the blanks)
Oh yes, and when filling out the form, please write somewhere on the comment box, "kawaii" doesn't
really matter when or where in the comment box. It's just so that I know that you've read the above
rules.
So, repeated again for my sake, I do not give awards to people with pre-made layouts, have a blog
site on a generated site, or forums.
