Paris is a very busy and congested city. The left shows the traffic at an intersection. Because there is not room for traditional gas stations in the city, gas pumps are simply located right on the sidewalk. If you need gas, just pull over and fill up. There are also a few larger stations under the streets. Cars pull in and go down a ramp like an underground parking garage.
