| This is me, standing on the grand avenue of Whip-Ma-Whop-Ma-Gate. This street has the longest name and is the shortest street in all of York. The name is derived from a Saxon phrase, which was even more difficult to pronounce to my Anglicanized tongue, which meant "What a street!" Mad Props to Shiloh Jubilee for taking this photo for me. |
