Lindisfarne Castle
As the title indicates, this is Lindisfarne Castle. Not much has happened here, as it is on Holy Island, apart from a lot of the strife that characterized the mainland. It was modernized in 1900, so the interior looks like a oddly-shaped 1900-era house and not a true castle. The view is worth it, however...

Here we are on the Battery of Lindisfarne Castle. We weren't allowed photos inside, as flash erodes precious artifacts and tapestries. The view was stupendous, though. Lots of wind and air, but just as much sun. Great day.
"Actually, these are the only three rooms left on the island."   "Nooooo!"
These were some storage sheds outside of the castle. I think that they were originally boats that were no longer seaworthy, and they turned them into storage sheds.
