The story starts with a beautiful princess named Selenity, the daughter of the Queen of the Silver Millennium and the Moon Queen Selenity. The Silver Millennium was a beautiful time of peace and harmony. Queen Selenity raised the princess to follow in her footsteps. But the princess had fallen in love with Prince Endymion, the prince of the Earth. However Princess Selenity was not supposed to go to Earth. So to keep her love for Endymion flourishing she always snuck off to Earth. She and Endymion would spend as much time with each other as possible before Endymion's and her own guardians found out. When the princess returned to the Moon, her angry guardians, the Sailor Senshi, usually greeted her harshly. She was supposed to study and stay on the moon being the heir to the throne of the Silver Millennium. Times went on like this for a long time until one day an evil force was unleashed. That evil force was from the Nega Verse, Queen Beryl. She was an evil force that wanted nothing more than to destroy the Moon. She felt that it was Earth's time for prosperity. When Endymion discovered this, he rushed to Selenity on the Moon. He said it had been coming for a long time. But no one knew that there would be so much destruction. There had been a dark cloud circling the Earth for some time, sweeping quickly over the planet. When the attack happened Prince Endymion would not let the Moon be destroyed. He went to the Moon and guarded his Princess with his life. However the evil Queen Beryl had brainwashed Prince Endymion's four guardians: Kunzite, Jedite, Zoisite, and Nephrite. Since that happened the Prince had been in even worse troubles. He tries to calm the evil Queen but she wouldn't hear of it. Extracted from Sailor Moon Manga Volume Three: Endymion stands in front of Selenity, his sword drown. "Stop!" he says. "You must not strife in hatred!" As Beryl raises her sword, a black cloud of energy forms behind her. Selenity screams as the blade cuts through Endymion. "Endymion!" Selenity picks up the sword and plunges it into her own chest. Now Queen Selenity sees her daughter, Prince Endymion, and the Sailor Senshi lying all around, lifeless. So she entrusts their spirits to the future and sends them to be reborn.
