| This is where youc an find out about the confusions behind Sailor Cosmos. Is Sailor Cosmos actually Sailor Moon's future form? Yes, read Sweet Reality or Savior for more information. Why did she choose to be Chibi Chibi instead of Cosmos? Being Chibi Chibi is a disguise. If she were to return looking liek Sailor Cosmos she would look almost exactly like Usagi (except she has hearts instead of odangos). This would rise a lot of suspicion form the senshi's and Usagi's point and she could be thought of as an enemy (much like the evil senshi were int he last three mangas). Why is there a star on her forehead instead of a cresent? No one quite knows what it means but there are a few different ideas. 1) Usagi is not physically the same as Cosmos although they have the same skin and blood cells (such as the white hair and Cosmos is taller and older). This could be why she has a star instead of a cresent moon, much like Neo Queen Selenity and Princess Selenity were different than Usagi. 2) If could be possible to change a sign when is is possible to make one appear when there is none (like Sailor V had a cresent moon until Usagi was revealed to be the real princess). This could be useful because maybe in the future enemies tracked down ones with cresent moon marks and killed them or something like that and it helped Cosmos disguise or 3) Naoko Takeuchi made a mistake or wanted a change.
