Router Configuration for Gamespy:

These are recommended settings for using a router to play on Gamespy: 

We could not test these settings so far. If  you checked it out, please send a feedback.

If you are using a firewall/router you need to open these ports to use Gamespy Arcade: 

TCP Client 47624 Outbound, Host 47624 Inbound, TCP 2300-2400 Inbound And Outbound and UDP Connections: 2300-2400.
