Nataliya and Seth's Orlando Vacation

All those long nights had caught up with us and we actually slept in late this morning. After getting up, we headed to the Magic Kingdom to finish the last remaining attractions that Nataliya had on her list of things to see.

First we went to Peter Pan's Flight which is another slow-moving ride where you're in a boat attached to a track on the roof. You travel through different scenes in the Peter Pan story. It's as exciting as Universal Studios' own E.T. Adventure ride.

Monorails heading into and out of the Epcot. Next it was on to The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh. The line for this was listed as 20 minutes, yet we were there close to 45 minutes. Although this was a cute ride, the wait didn't make it any better. The longer the anticipation, the greated the disppointment. Take the recent-years Star Wars movies, for example...

After a quick lunch, we went to see the Pirates of the Caribbean, another animatronics ride but this one with a pirate's theme. As you sit through a boat, you go through several pirate scenes. It's actually pretty good, but still a bit goofy - no pun intended.

After another ride on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority ride, we headed to the Carousel of Progress , an exhibit (photos) from the '64-65 World's Fair that's been slightly updated for the 1990's. (They're probably due for another update.)

We went to the Polynesian Resort and had dinner at 'Ohana. For one price, you get a taste of various Hawaiian cuisines. The decor and presentation was great and the food was okay. This is definitely a great place to take kids for dinner.

After dinner, we were very exhausted so we headed back to the hotel.
