Uncle Rainbow moved from Texas to San Francisco approx 1979
a move which was paid for by Doobey Brothers drummer
Michael Hussack.
Larry Tagg was running some studio tapes of Uncle Rainbow
when Narada Michel Walden over heard them,
He later went on to produce a 3 track demo for them, which unfortunately failed to get them a record deal.
Shortly after, the band split, but each member went on to bigger and better things.
