Water: Number of Cups you consumed that week.
Send information to your Group Leader once weekly. 
The week starts on Sunday at 12:00 A.M. and ends on Saturdays Midnight.
Stats will be posted by Tuesday morning weekly.  There will be no Weights or Dress Sizes posted that is just for registration.  We will only record the total inches lost by group and not by individuals.
Measurements: Arms (both rt and lt upper)
                          Thighs (both rt and lt)
                          Waist
                          Hips

** If you start off measuring tight.. that is fine, but continue to do so all the way through. 
*** Add up all the numbers.  It should be a total of ALL OVER INCHES LOST.

Exercise: Breaking a sweat for 30 minutes at a time is considered exercise. 

You can play with the kids
Go to the gym
Walk
Treadmill
Furniture moving
** I think you get the idea**

Turn in hours of exercise for the week to your group leader.

Thank You so much for Showing an interest in our JUNETEENTH CHALLENGE.  This Challenge will allow us to moniter our exercise.  So often we look around and we see people that do not eat as much as us, and seem to be doing as much as us, but we tend to still be heavier than they are.  This Challenge is about just moving not about getting to the gym or lifting more than anyone else, but about just BREAKING A SWEAT.  There are no potions, memberships, contracts to sign, but we do ask that if you start that you see it to the end, because there are other members counting on you.
