Tetris DS Modes
Tetris DS offers 6 different gameplay modes, and here they are.
Standard
Why have all these new modes when you just want Tetris. In this mode you'll play regular tetris. You know, clearing lines making a big score. This mode also lets you play aginst up to 10 players or 4 on wifi. And if your a lonly man you can play aginst a CPU.
Mission
Did you ever play Tetris and say "Man this is fun, but I wish the game forced me to do certain task" No. Well now you will. Expecialy since you'll be guiding Link on his quest. As I stated you must complete taks such as make a line with the block, or clear two lines.
Touch
Playing Tetris with the touch screen; who woul;d have thunk it? Well Nintendo did. In this mode you start with Tetrimos stacked in a big tower and you must rearange them to make lines to get a cage of ballons to reach the bottom. There is also a Touch Puzzle mode.
Push
It a tug of war, with Tetris. I this mode you must push the opponets side in to the "end zone" by clearing lines. Which is why we see our good friend Donkey Kong in the background. You can also play with someone else.
Catch
This is the oddest mode in the game. You start with one tetris peice and must catch others to create a 4x4 block with you can use to detonate it on your foes.
Puzzel
How good are you at Tetris? You have a limited number of tetris peices on the bottom screen and you must use them to clear all the blocks. There is a total of 200 puzzels. Get ready!
