5 Vegetable wraps or flour tortilla wraps |

Spreadable Cream Cheese |

1 medium to large ripe tomato |

1 tbs. dried basil and oregano, combined |

1 cup broccoli florets, chopped small |
 |
|
1 1/2 tbs. honey |
 |
|
2 tbs. chopped walnuts (you can substitute another kind of nuts if you have another kind on hand) |

2 tsp. sesame oil |

3/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped |

2 green onions , chopped |
 |

1 1/2 tbs.olive oil |
Place the olive oil, broccoli, spinach, walnuts, onions, and sesame oil in a wok or frying pan. Cook until the broccoli is al dente- still crisp. Remove from heat and add honey, mix well. Take a wrap, lay it flat. Spread cream cheese down the middle. Place some tomatoes on top, and sprinkle dried basil and oregano on top. Now spoon sauté mixture on top and wrap!! Get ready for a taste sensation!!!
