Eat raw, unroasted, unsalted almonds. Eating ten almonds a day you will give you all daily requirements of calcium that your need.Always store almonds in the refrigerator or in the freezer. To make almonds more digestible, place almonds in a dish and cover with water. Leave them at room temperature for several hours or overnight. This tricks the almonds into thinking that they are germinating, they swell and turn soft. Place them in a container, (a small yogurt container works well for this), store them in the door of the refrigerator.
