Seasonings
This is a potentially very large category. Spices and seasonings seem to go hand in hand. Here  you will find tips and information about foods that add flavor which are not spices directly.

Add the seeds of peppers to dishes to increase flavor.

Salsa, one the world's great food wonders. Anyone that uses Salsa as much as we do will understand why I love it so much! Salsa is more then a dip for tortilla chips.
It's a wonderful seasoning for eggs, potaotes, meatloaf, meatballs, chicken, appetizers, Hot Cheese Dip, fish. You name it!
You can find dozens of kinds of salsa in the stores out there or you can make your own! Let me know if you have a great recipe for Salsa!
Salsa Picante-hot sauce
Salsa Cruda- raw sauce
Salsa Verde- green sauce
Salsa Ranchera- tomatoes, chile peppers, garlic and onions are combined and cooked in oil.

GARLIC

Garlic is much more then a seasoning, it has also been used widely in the field of medicine for such things as preventing colds, prolonging strength, and it was applied to open wounds to promote healing.
As for the seasoning, what can I say. It would take me a book to tell you all the things garlic is used for. Some of the most popular uses are in spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, garlic bread, to flavor nearly all meat and fish.
You can use it fresh off the clove or you can buy it pre-minced in jars in your supermarket.
