My Progress
Soooo, um....I obviously haven't kept up with this since June. :\ My routine was severely shaken up by leaving college for the summer and getting a job, and though I tried to keep with it, by the end of June I was only exercising sporadically. I think I'm back up to my original weight, which is extremely discouraging. Add to that the fact that I don't have any of the muscle strength I had after all those FIRM workouts, and I'm one sad girl! But I don't want to take this section down, because doing so would be like the final white flag. I will make myself start up again...I just need to get my inner motivation back!
