With passports in hand (double checking Murray's), the lads with Sam and Sarah I-Am kiss TJ and Anna goodbye leaving them in the capable hands of Yia-Yia (Greek for grandmother) and head to the airport. Only then do the boys learn that they are going to Monte Carlo, Monaco on the Riviera! Traveling in fine style in Sam's backpack the lads fly from Seattle to Amsterdam, Netherlands, on to Nice, France, then a luxury motor coach ride to the Monte Carlo Grand Hotel right in the center of the famous Casino Square! Exhausted from their long trip the lads crash in the hotel room as Sam and Sarah attend a cocktail reception. The trip and next 5 days are courtesy of Sam-I-Am's employer as a sales reward.

The lads, Sam, and Sarah are joined by 4 other couples for a treasure hunt competition. The mission is to find objects and locations in the ancient walled town of Eze, France and old Monte Carlo. Some of the sites enjoyed are an incredible view of the Mediterranean Sea from high above, the palace of Prince Rainer and tomb of Princess Grace. Dinner was a wonderful event with a charming country atmosphere at La Ferme St. Michel high above the sparkling Mediterranean. Good thing there were several courses and loads of food and drink so Sam could slip some to the lads in his backpack!
