Frequently asked questions about wholesale pricing.
Do we Drop-ship our merchandise? We will dropship your order and add a few lines of your company text to the customer's invoice, our name will be on the return label. We suggest to our wholesalers that they let their customers know that the order will be shipped through a "full-fillment" center (Goldenharbor Gifts).
Are there any prices shown on the invoices? For your protection there are no prices listed on any of the invoices that will arrive with your merchandise.
Do I have to purchase large lots or by the case? Most of our merchandise can be purchase in a single unit however, there are some exceptions such as: fashion(costume)jewelry, applause merchandise, magnets etc. There are many times a sample that you may be able to purchase instead of the required amount.
What are my payment options?
All orders must be paid in full before items will be shipped. You may pay by check, money order, Master card or Visa. Credit/debit charge cards will be subject to an additional processing fee.
What are your Shipping Charges? We don't make money on your shipping charges we aproximate as close as possible to the actual charges.
Is there a minimum order? There is no minimum order however, orders under $39.99 are subject to a handling charge in addition to the shipping charges.
What are your Guarantees? All of our merchandise that is sold for resale, carries a 10 day warranty, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a Refund or Credit (does not include s/h costs).
Some of our merchandise carry other specific "consumer warranties" such as; Life time warranty cookware.
Why do you use free hosting?Simple: If we were to buy hosting, or have someone make the website for us . Then we would have to reflect those costs on you and we dont want to do that. If we can keep our costs (overhead) down you get better deals make sense?
why do you use pay-pal? again simple: pay-pal if as close to free that we can find the costs for having a merchant account through say a bank is really high there fore as stated above it`s more for you
why not sell the items your self?we do! we own goldenharbor gifts located in statesboro,Ga 912-839-4424, we wanted to venture out on the web and the best way for us (maybe diffrent for you)is to sell wholesale kits.
how do i know you wont steal my customers?We do not steal customers because we dont sell to the public just people like yourself, wholesalers.
do I have to buy all of the products that my customers order?
No thats the best part, you get your cusotmers to pay you frist for the items the buy, that means you make your money now and up front, we dont send you a check you get your money NOW!
IMPORTANT: No merchandise can be returned with our a Merchandise Return Authorization.
