Air, Fire, Water, And Stone
Gwen looks up at Brodrick.  "Thank you for not collapsing my skull."  "You're welcome?"  Brodrick tells her as he rushes into the kitchen to get her some ice.  "Are you ok?"  Alaina asks while looking at the lump on Gwen's head. "I'm fine."  Gwen says as Brodrick enters the room.  "Here's some ice."  He says as he hand the bag to her. "Thanks."

"What are you doing here Brodrick?"  Gwen asks.  She looks at him puzzled.  "I haven't seen you in a week.  What have you been up to?  You know, other than hitting people with frying pans."  "Ellie sent me."  he grows quiet for a moment.  "She said something about the stone.  A great evil."  Gwen looks over to Alaina.  "What?"  Alaina says shrugging her shoulders.  "I didn't do it."

Jade walks into his green-house, his long hair tightly pulled back.  He begins to water his herbs, through the stream of water Jade can see the reflection of Aileen standing behind him.  He turns to see her.  "You didn't show up to kick my ass today.  May I ask why?"  he questions her.  "I had a little problem this morning.  One that unfortunately I can't personaly take care of."  she looks into his eyes as he begins to speak.  "Let me guess.  You want me to protect the world from impending doom?"  She steps closer to him.  "Not by yourself."

Back at Gwen's house.  Gwen looks up at Brodrick while laying on the couch.  "Ok, so we have a great evil.  That came from a stone.........."  Gwen pauses and quickly sits up.  "From our mountain."  She takes in a large breath.  "The lady of the mountain."  she says as she stands and walks to the kitchen, quickly followed by both Brodrick and Alaina.  "It was right here all along.  I should have known....as soon as I heard."  Alaina looks over to Brodrick.  "I think you hit her too hard."  Gwen pulls her book from the cabnit.  Brodrick glares at Alaina.  "I don't think I hit her hard enough."

"No."  Gwen opens the book.  "I read about this.  It's in my book.  The passage is titled...."  she flips through the pages and then stops.  "The Lady of the Mountain."  she pushes the book towards them.  Alaina begins to read.  "The year was 1845, two years before the quake.  When the town was ruled by one....Kaylee."

Her heart was cool, her very presence gave chills to all that stood before her.  The townsfolk feared her and her power.  Until one day she met her fate by the hands of a stranger.  He sealed her body in the mountain, after she took the life of his daughter Maria.  He called apon the power of the councel, invoking his own corner to help him in his task...............................

"Foolish girl.  She should have known not to cross me."  Kaylee says to the man.  "And you...I see ignorance was in her blood."  she says with a smirk.  He turns to her, his face drained of color.  "You shall die by my hand."  he looks to the ground as she raises her gem to eye level.  "I curse you now and all your line.......your blood will spill, it will be mine."  As he looks up at her his eyes glow a bright green.  She grows silent.  "Hail to the gaurdians of the tower of north.  Mother of earth I invoke thee."  the ground begins to shake.  It splits and she starts to sink slowly into the thick  stone.  she tries to fight but it is no use.

"
For your crime, these walls be your tomb."   He recites his curse as she screams into the air..  "Trapped forever in her womb.  The earth you chose to kill upon.  Now you two shall be as one."

Alaina pushes the book away from her.  "So, if she was so powerful how did one man defeat her?" Gwen looks up at her.  "He wasn't just one man.  He was channeling his council member.  Any witch can do it if they are in need.  It's like a power overload.  And God what a  rush ....."  she stops when she notices Alaina and Brodrick staring blankly at her.  "Or so I've heard."

The front door flies open.  "Hello Jade."  Gwen yells as he enters the room.  Alaina looks at Gwen.  "Man your good."  Jade stops in front of them.  "Did you hear?"   Brodrick speaks up.  "One step ahead of you."  Gwen looks at Jade.  "Got a crystal?"  Jade pulls one from around his neck.  "Got a map?"

The yellow glow of the street lamps barely cover the road.  Kaylee stands in front of a dust figure.  Her dark eyes sparkle in the light.  "Oh, I'd forgotten how easy it was."  She walks closer to the figure as it crumbles.  "So, very easy."  Foot steps are heard behind her.  "Perhaps we'll be more of a challenge?"  Jade says.  Kaylee turns to see the four witches standing in the road behind her.  "I think we can take her."  Alaina says.  Gwen turns to her shaking her head.  Alaina shrugs her shoulders.  "What?  We can.  Can't we?"  Jade takes a step forward taking a battle stance.  Kaylee's robe begins to flow as she raises the large diamond in her hand to eye level.  "Tisk, tisk."  she thrusts the diamond forward and Jade is knocked off his feet.  His body slides over to Gwen causing her to fall over him.  Brodrick raises his hands as they begin to glow red, his fists covered in flame.  He rushes to attack her, but a stream of water hits him thowing him into a light pole.  Alaina glares at Kaylee.  "What now?  Kill me?"  Kaylee slowly walks up to her.  "Now why would I do that?  I need your help."
