homework: Reflect, even pray, on this passage from Scripture. Try to figure out what God is trying to reveal to you in these stories.

class: Meet in East computer room to type in your essay
homework: This is a major assignment. It is something we've been working for all year: that you can read and interpret the Bible on your own. This is a 20 point essay. If you have done the prior steps well, and if you have learned some things abour how to write an essay, and if you have used Carotta's 2nd level way to interpret Scritpure a few times before, this should not be difficult.
Write your essay entitled "Genesis 1-11: What God is Revealing." This is really a second level (Mike Carotta's "How to Apply the Bible to Your Life") essay. This must be typewritten. Make sure you follow prior guidelines on how to head the paper, margins, etc. Have it proofread! Due Monday, May 1.

homework: (1) Correct quiz and learn from mistakes. (2) Make sure all quizzes are corrected, chapter 3-8. Staple or paperclip them in a bundle. Be ready to hand them in tomorrow. (3) Check out these two websites: Look around both sites. At least skim the section "Chapter 2. Vernon Johns as Prophet." The more you read the better you'll be able to handle the essay.
