1. Do the best you can-including preparing the best you can!
2, Try to put God in whatever you do.
3. When you do something, try to do it for someone else.
4. When you foul up, learn how to forgive yourself.

1. What is John Paul challenging you to train for?
2. What does he ask you to ask yourself?
3. Our pope said, "Each of you has a special mission in life..." What is that special mission?
homework for rest of the week Your homework this week will be to watch John Paul II: The Millennial Pope a television program on Tuesday evening, 8-10:30 pm on Channel 9. You can of course tape this and watch it later during the week. This 2 1/2 hour special is done by Frontline, so this is not a Catholic perspective. I'm not sure what they'll say but I guarantee it'll be informative and interesting. We'll talk about it in class next week, and there'll be a graded assignment. There is a cover story in this week's Post-Dispatch TV guide. If you click John Paul II: The Millennial Pope , there will be a great website from Frontline. Pull down the menu and explore some of the other great stories done by this series.

Tuesday and Wednesday, September 21 & 22 class Meet in the library. We will learn about the life of Ignatius and prepare for next Tuesday's Ignatius test.
