4.5” Nostalgia Rules

MOTOR: Falcon or Slick 7 Equivalent.
CHASSIS: 4.5” +/- 1/4” wheelbase. No restrictions as to type.
BODY: Nostalgia Bodies 1980 Model or older. Must have interior and 3 numbers. No Corvair Bodies.
DIMENSIONS: 3 1/4 (3.250) Inch Max. wheel track width. Wheel wells must be cut out in appropriate places. Must have 1/4” front and rear bumpers. 1 1/2” Minimum heigth at roof. Can add rear spoiler 3/8” above trunk decklid.
WHEELS: Must be black rubber tires. 5/8” diameter by 1/4” width minimum front tires. Minimum .760” rear tires.
GEARS & AXLES: May run either 1/8” or 3/32” axles. No restrictions on gear ratios. Car must clear track by 1/16” in rear, including gear. No Ball Bearings
GENERAL: Unless it can be proven otherwise, lap counter is considered accurate. No changing of cars during race. If you can make repair to car at the track, you may be given up to one minute. If it is necessary to take your car to your pit area to repair, race will be restarted. This is at race director’s discretion. If you wish to protest a competitor’s car (body type, lack of numbers, etc.) you must do so before the start of the race.

4” NASCAR Rules

MOTOR: Deathstar 501 or Proslot 2002. You may change motor brushes and springs.
CHASSIS: 4” Stamped Chassis from Champion, Parma, JK, Mosetti.
BODY: 4” NASCAR style bodies. Must be painted, have interior and 3 numbers.
DIMENSIONS: 3 1/4 (3.250) Inch Max. wheel track width. Wheel wells must be cut out in appropriate places. Front wheel wells can be left closed, but must not be painted. Must have 1/8” front and rear bumpers. 1 1/2” Minimum heigth at roof on tech block.
WHEELS: Must have and finish race with all 4 wheels. Minimum .760” black rubber rear tires.
GEARS & AXLES: May run either 1/8” or 3/32” axles. No restrictions on gear ratios. Car must clear track by 1/16” in rear, including gear. No Ball Bearings

CHASSIS: 4.5” wheelbase stamped steel chassis. Champion, Parmas, JK, or Mosetti.
BODY: 4.5” NASCAR bodies from recognized manufacturer. (Parma, Champion, JK, Kelly, Outtasight) Must be painted, have interior and 3 numbers.
DIMENSIONS: 3 1/4 (3.250) Inch Max. wheel track width. Wheel wells must be cut out in appropriate places. Must have 1/8” front and rear bumpers. 1 3/4” Minimum heigth at roof on tech block.

MOTOR BUY RULE: Winning car only. $35.00 for motor. Motor is to be pulled out and given to purchaser. In the event the winning driver does not want to sell the motor, win is forfeited and all other positions move up.
