| About Team Jesus Team Jesus started as a dream brought to reality by Slo_Mow and Georgenfive as a way to show our faith to the race fans. It is our hope that the fans will be able to identify with us and to get to know us a little better. We are also hoping to let parents and little fans see that we are real people that have real values and not just a bunch of wild and crazy guys out to raise cane and have fun. We are as real as the Christian NASCAR Drivers, Football players, or any other Christian sports figures, Christian motorcycle gangs (yes, there are some!), or any other Christian high profile person. Do we hope to have loyal fans, of course, every sports figure hopes for that. Do we want a following? Not really, unless those who wish to follow, wish to follow what we stand for rather than us. There is an old saying that fits our feelings on "followers", it goes something like this; "Do not follow, for I may not lead, do not lead, for I will not follow, but walk beside me and be my friend" We wish to spread the word of the Lord, to show the path to forgiveness, to introduce people to a way of life that promises to give true life. Even if one person has their eyes opened, we have accomplished our dream. We do hope that other racers with the same beliefs would join us by carrying the "Team Jesus" on the lower section of their racer, ours are located on the mower decks. We also have other identifying marks such as "John 3:16" on our right rear fender, we carry "Psalms 23:4" and "WWJD" on the bottom of our decks, the latter 2 we hope you don't get to see since we would have to be up side down for you to see it, but rest assured, it is there. If you truely accept and believe that Jesus Christ is your personal Lord and Savior, then you are already a part of "Team Jesus". If you want to show your beliefs, and carry the "Team Jesus", please let us know, we will welcome you as a Brother or Sister. You need not be a racer to join, only believe.
