Chapter 3~ The Vision

"Van save me....Van....!" Hitomi was falling down in to darkness. The darkness seemed to be endless, after falling for a few mintues, she was not falling anymore, instead she was floating like she was in space. Still everthing around her was dark. Then suddenly she saw different images floating about her, they all seemed to go together like a movie! She studied them, "Gosh, these really do look confusing unlike any of the visions I have had before...I wonder whats its trying to tell me..."

Hitomi looked on, she suddenly got it, something was going to happen to Van and Ghea, but it seemed like it wasn't going to be very bad still she wasn't sure. This vision was telling different possiblities on what may happen if Van did this, or if Allen did that, or if King Aston did that, or if a girl (which Hitomi didn't regconize) did that or that, then this or that may happen.(This may sound confusing but just try to imagine=) Still, the pictures did show of possibilities of some battles and some danger. Hitomi was worried, there were just too much to understand and she couldn't really get it all down in her mind all at once.

Then the images started disappeared, Hitomi started to fall again.....down...down...down...Hitomi was so surprised that before she could yell or perhaps think about anything she was zooming down into darkness. "Van!...Help!...." Suddenly she saw white wings spreading out in the darkness and a sturdy hand pulling her up and holding her close to him, she did not see his face but already knew who it was. "Oh Van...." "I did come in time right?" a handsome voice said.

Hitomi woke up to find herself in the hospital, "Oh gosh, what happened?" Hitomi asked, she was really tired after such strain. "Oh! Goodness gracious you are alright!" Yukair's eyes peered worriedly down upon her. "What happened with you?" Huzuko's questioned Hitomi. "Nothing, I have this problem constantly...no prob..I just need some rest..thanks for....." Hitomi broke off, 'Why am I saying thanks to this guy? He is one nosy peroson, I don't even know him well.' Hitomi thought to herself.

"Go on, say it, thanks for....for what? Go on say it! Man it will be such an honor to hear that from Hitomi Kanzaki!" Huzuko smiled happily. Huzuko said that because ever since Hitomi came back from Ghea she had always tried to keep a low profile. But others kept on envading her sapce especially boys. They figured that something bad must have happened to the once lively and happy Hitomi who now has only loneliness and a far-away-look.

"Why should I? What did you do to deserve me to say thank you to you? And you know what? I don't even know why am I talking to you." Hitomi replied curtly. "Wow, why so harsh?" Huzuko tried to joke, but seeing the sorrow on her face now he shuttedup. Suddenly there was a great commotion outside the room Hitomi was in, "Where is she? Are you sure she is alright?" The door banged open, "Oh! My daugher, you are alright..what happened?" Mrs. Kanzaki asked franticly. "Mrs. Kanzaki please there are others who are resting may you please keep down." a nurse said. "Oh, I'm sorry." Mrs.Kanzaki now whispered. "Mrs. Kanzaki, I assure you Hitomi is alright she just had a sudden break down of some sort." Yukari said in a consoeling tone.

A little while later Huzuko went home. Mrs.Kanzaki drove back home with Hitomi and Yukari. Mrs.Kanzaki was going to drive Yukari back home which was just two blocks away but Yukari insited upon seeing Hitomi safely home.

Yukari followed Hitomi back to her room. 'I really wonder what is she thinking, is it that boy?' Yukari wondered. This have been Yukari's first time in Hitomi's bedroom ever since she came back from her mysterious three-day disappearence. Her walls were to Yukari's surprise not filled with her favorite pop stars and band's posters, instead it was filled with hand drawned beautiful sketches. "Goodness, seriously Hitomi did you draw all those?" asked Yukari in a I-don't-believe-you tone. "Sure I did." Now Yukari looked around Hitomi's room in awe. There was a picture of a boy sketch labeled with VAN, and many other more sketches labeled with ALLEN, MILLERNA, MEREL, and CHID. But the sketch labeled with VAN interested Yukari the most, 'It seems like I've seen him somewhere before! Van...that's it! That was the name Hitomi was saying when she was unconcious!' Yukari recalled excitely.

"Hitomi isn't that boy..the boy that you..." "Its quite late and I'm tired, see you tomrrow at school okay?" Hitomi cutted Yukari off, she knew where her friend was going to go to and she didn't even wan the subject to be mentioned. Plus she has plenty to think about for the night already. Goodness! So much have happened in a day!

Yukari felt hurt, evidently Hitomi did not see that. She was hurt that her friend was so rude, she has done her best to talk to her friend, but all Hitomi did was to push her away. She walked out of Hitomi's room. She peered back to take a peak on what her friend was doing. She saw Hitomi slump down on her bed and gazing at the sketch of the picture labeled VAN. "Van oh thank you...o..how I miss you...why didn't you hold me back? Whatever, I should be thankful that I can still communicate with you." Hitomi said to herself unaware that her friend was seeing all of this. Hitomi stood up and went over to the picture and touched it with love and affection. "Van....."
