Chapter two.
Tara got dressed, grabbed her tools and set off outside.
The sun was beating down already even though it was still pretty early.
"Hmm nice day to sweat in the garden then."
Thought Tara feeling rather pissed off that she would have to be out in this all day slaving away for Andrew.
Tara started digging a hole in order to plant a tree Andrew had said he wanted, "in honour of his new wife"
She was getting pretty deep when she heard footsteps coming down the path towards her.
"Ah Miss Rafferty, my fiance is here so I would appreciate it if you kept your scruffiness out of her view, and hurry up with that bloody tree!"
He turned on his heels, of his girly looking leather shoes and walked away.
"Git!" thought Tara as she continued her work.

Tara concentrated on digging the hole, she dug the spade in deep imagining it was Andrews head.
"Oh, sadistic thought Tara, first sign of becoming a serial killer!"
Tara shook her head and smiled to herself, she carried on working but then stopped as she faintly heard the most sweetest and gentlest voice in the world coming from not far behind her.
She didn't dare turn round so she just listened.
"Oh Andrew the garden is beautiful, you say your gardener is a scruffy Irish girl but she certainly knows her job, it's amazing!"
"Yes, well as long as the Irish Dyke is good at something."
"Git, Git, Git!" thought Tara as she carried on listening.
"Dyke..... you mean she's a.....?"
"Yes, caught the scruff with some woman in her hut, how dare she flaunt her lesbian antics on my property."
Tara turned around at this and was sure she saw Katherine smile as he said this, and was also breathless when she saw her face.
"Wow" was all she could think.
Long blonde hair trailing down over her shoulders like a waterfall, huge blue eyes like beautiful blue sapphires, in fact her eyes looked just like the engagement she wore on her finger, in which the stone was so big Tara could see it from where she was standing a few feet away, and her body, encased in a long white dress flattering every curve even though it was a bit old fashioned looking for Tara's taste, but then, Tara had never wore a dress in her whole life.
Tara suddenly felt very inadequate compared to the goddess stood so close to her, with her muddy brown hair underneath a dirty old hat, and her dull green eyes which only ever seemed to sparkle when the sun was shining directly in them.

Tara carried on with her work quickly as she heard Andrew walk towards her, but he didn't stop, just walked straight past with a smirk on his face. Katherine walked slowly behind him and Tara caught her eye as she looked up.
Katherine gave her the sweetest smile in the world and Tara was sure she saw something more in Katherines eyes as she looked at her.
This was the first time Tara had ever felt an instant attraction with anyone, and this one, was one that could be fatal on her part.
