Chapter three
It was a few days after she'd first met Katherine, they hadn't seen each other since yet Tara was here dreaming of her, Tara rolled on to her side to avoid the sun flitting in through her curtains, must she be woken by the sun every morning? What happened to an alarm clock, She smiled then yawned as she reached to her bedside table and grabbed her watch, it was very early so she decided to go back to sleep but failed because it was starting to get very warm in her little hut with the sun shining in.
She got up and got dressed and decided to go for a walk around the grounds, she didn't have to start work for a few hours so she decided to go to the small lake at the very back of the grounds hidden by a circle of trees. It was Tara's favourite place to sit and think, draw sketches, write poetry, anything that she couldn't do in her hut for fear of Andrew knocking her door down with his loud voice yelling he needed the grass cut or something. She settled against a tree in the shade, the sun was beginning to get warm even though it was still early. She got out her sketch book and started to draw, the sun got higher and higher and grew hotter and hotter as the drawing progressed, she drew the lake, surrounded by trees, but then she found herself adding to the drawing, she drew a figure by the lake, in a long flowing dress, Katherine.
"Wow, you could almost be psychic to know i'd be stood there in a few minutes right after you'd drawn it." A voice came from behind Tara.
She turned round quickly to see Katherine stood there, looking unusually good for such an ungodly hour of the morning, wearing another fluttery dress which this girl seemed to have a passion for but in a different colour, it was blue, as blue as those sapphire eyes of hers, which were staring directly at her.
"Uh well...... how do you know it's even you? I could of been drawin' anyone now you assume it's you because you're marrying Mr Lovely Dawson bloody Reade!" Tara said rather angrily trying to hide her embarrasment.
"Well I could only assume seeing as the mysterious figure looks just like me, i'm sorry if i'm mistaken." She replied politely.
Tara shifted to face Katherine and pulled down her hat to hide her, which she guessed, very red face.
"I'm sorry, kinda embarrassing for me that, I don't even know why I drew you, forgive me Miss."
