Poor Tomoe Hotaru. In spite of being very sweet and a genius, her lives are very complicated. Her father is a scientist who goes mad (and evil) with grief following a lab explosion and she has a disease which causes her to have attacks ranging from shortness of breath and fainting to turning into an evil villain. Eventually Hotaru becomes Mistress Nine, tries to destroy the world, regains her happy memories, saves the world, is reborn, and goes to live with Haruka-papa (Sailor Uranus), Michiru-mama (Sailor Neptune), and Setsuna-mama (Sailor Pluto). Her best friend is Chibi Usa.

Sailor Saturn is the senshi of silence. She attacks using the Silence Glaive with deadly precision.
